Payment terms, deposits, progress draws, change orders, and final payment are defined in the signed project agreement.
Change orders: Any change to scope, materials, or selections may affect price and timeline; changes require written approval.

Warranties and disclaimers

Workmanship warranty: We provide a 1‑year labor warranty on qualifying craftsmanship unless otherwise stated in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.
Disclaimer: The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties regarding the website, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability limit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use.
